The second annual Big Strides in Small Business Awards recognize companies who are helping to create a stronger, more sustainable economy by providing training for workers and empowering employment within their local communities. The winning company will receive a CareerBuilder Recruitment Solution package – worth $10,000 – to use toward future employment efforts.
The top three companies whose videos receive the most votes will move on to the final round to be reviewed by a panel of qualified judges to determine the winner. The winning company and semi-finalists will be announced around July 5, 2013 on www.careerbuilder.com/bigstrides.
