e-Cycle Presents the 7th Annual Sweet Baby Caroline Charity Golf Outing
and Golf Ball Drop to Benefit the Levine Children’s Hospital
The 7th Annual Sweet Baby Caroline (SBC) Charity Golf Outing and Golf Ball Drop, presented by e-Cycle LLC, will be held at The Golf Club at Ballantyne on October 3. All proceeds raised from the event will be donated to the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Levine Children’s Hospital.
“e-Cycle is thrilled to once again present the annual charity golf outing and we hope to exceed last years’ donation of more than $93,000,” said Tonia Irion, co-founder and president of e-Cycle. “e-Cycle was founded with a passion for technology, the environment and charitable giving, and this event aligns perfectly with the core values and mission of our company and the e-Cycle Foundation.”
The highlight of the charity event is the Golf Ball Drop. Individuals can purchase golf balls for $20 each to be dropped onto the green by a helicopter the day of the event. The person who purchases the ball landing closest to the pin/flag wins half of the proceeds generated from the drop. The other half will be donated to Levine Children’s Hospital. Golf balls can be purchased in advance online at http://sbcgolf.com/golf-ball-drop/.
“The money raised from this event will help save the lives of children today, tomorrow and in the future,” said Michael Jackson, father of Sweet Baby Caroline. “We can be proud to know that when we see the Levine Children’s Hospital (CMC) medevac helicopter fly over that we have helped to save a child’s life.”
Those interested in supporting the charity can do so by participating in the Golf Ball Drop or registering for the SBC golf outing. Participants can register for golf individually or in groups of four by visiting http://sbcgolf.com/registration-3/. Individual registration is $150 and group registration is $600. Each package includes golf, range balls, player gift bag, lunch and dinner.
